Email FOC Letters: Overview

TrustEngine is moving to email as the primary delivery method for FOC Letters, with an automatic failover to delivery of a printed letter sent via USPS if no borrower email address is available on the record, or an email FOC is undeliverable.

We will gradually transition Sales Boomerang (and Borrower Intelligence Platform) clients to use Email FOC Letters by default for all customers following the required lender and credit bureau approval processes.
